Position Summary
Owner Services Billing Specialist will work closely with several departments to ensure timeliness of billing for our aircraft owners, as well as monitoring incoming payments for Flexjet owner invoices. They will manage billing queries from owners and ensure they are addressed in a timely and accurate manner. The role will support many other departments in the organisation including Owner Services, Accounting and Sales/Contracts, as needed, to resolve any customer concerns.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Provide world-class service during every interaction with our high net-worth clientele.
* Execute daily/weekly/monthly billing cycle activities including invoice processing, utilisation reports, revisions and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with owners’ contracted agreements.
* Handle accounts receivable queries and communicate with owners about their account balances and discrepancies, including collecting past due balances for Flexjet.
* Manage utilisation enquiries related to owner’s contract stipulations.
* Partner with Owner Services Managers to resolve owner issues.
* Coordinate with Contracting, Sales, and Redemptions teams to ensure a seamless owner experience.
* Follow internal controls and processes during month-end and periodic close reconciliations.
* Review monthly reports, collections, and variance reports; collaborate with Finance for necessary corrections.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field; previous experience in collections/billing, preferably in a high-value corporate environment; or a combination of education and experience.
* Proven experience in a high-end customer service environment.
* High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Working proficiency with Oracle suite preferred.
* Knowledge of Stripe credit card facility beneficial.
* Familiarity with standard office equipment.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; influencing skills are a plus.
* Professional and personable with the ability to interact at all levels of leadership.
* Knowledge of Flexjet’s and PrivateFly’s products and programs; ability to interpret contract information.
* Ability to remain calm and handle customer demands in a dynamic environment.

Willingness to work flexibly according to workload demands.
Physical Demands
Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, and type using a computer and office equipment. May involve walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and occasional lifting up to 30 pounds. Must visually and aurally assess conditions.
