We own, manage and maintain around 19,000 homes across the region. As a charitable community benefit society, we go far beyond bricks and mortar. We work collaboratively to deliver better outcomes and lasting social value, and our rebrand to become Be One Homes will complete in early 2026, reflecting our growth and future ambition.
About This Opportunity
This is your chance to help shape strategy, champion strong governance and ensure financial integrity remains at our core. You’ll guide our Board through complex decisions, foster collaboration and represent us externally with confidence and credibility. Working closely with our Board and senior team, you’ll help deliver positive outcomes for customers and communities while navigating a highly regulated environment with assurance and vision.
Our new Chair will be a dynamic leader who is financially literate, experienced in customer-focused and regulated sectors, and able to inspire and influence. Whether stepping into your first Chair role or building on previous experience, you’ll bring strategic insight, commercial awareness and a deep commitment to our values and purpose.
