An exciting opportunity for a Part Time Marketing Assistant has become available with a well-estblished organization based in Amersham. The role will cover 15-20hours per week and is open to an Entry Level or experienced Marketing Assistant. ROLE: * Writing, planning, and scheduling all marketing and content for the company including social media campaigns, manage the company’s social media presence and monitor engagement. * Creation of email marketing campaigns and managing mailing lists. * Creating content for product reviews and customer outreach. * Assisting with maintaining the Company website. * Upload product data. * Assisting with the preparation of presentations and promotions. * Researching and analysing market trends, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. * Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity to ensure that a consistent message is presented. * Assist in the creation and execution of social media content and marketing campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter). * Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website updates. * Manage the company’s social media presence, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. * Coordinate marketing materials and liaise with external suppliers and agencies. * Maintain and update CRM systems and mailing lists. * Monitor campaign performance and compile reports. REQUIREMENTS: * Entry level or experienced Marketing Assistant * Suitable Marketing Qualification * Tech savvy * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Naturally enthusiastic and eager to learn * Reliable and proactive with a passion for marketing and design * Knowledge of digital marketing and experienced in using design tools * Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks * Familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools MORE INFO: * Part Time Permanent * Flexibility of office and work from home * 8:00am – 5:00pm * 15-20 hours per week to start off (flexible on how the hours/days are arranged) * £24,500 – £27,500 – full time equivalent (pro rata, calculated on working hours)
