We are looking for a dedicated Process Operative to join our team in Pilgrim's Europe - Moy Park at Dungannon site. In this role, you will be responsible for processing products in your department while ensuring that hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards are always maintained. A key part of this role is working as part of a team to achieve production KPIs.

* Work Pattern: Working hours are 06.00am-18.00pm rotational as a part of Team A. Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun. Week 2: Wed, Thurs
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out processing duties (e.g., filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration - depending on the area of work).
* Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained at all times.
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
* Produce a high standard of work consistently.
* Complete packaging, labelling, and boxing duties.
* Work in line with company policies and health & safety regulations.
* Cooperate with managers and colleagues to achieve a safe and productive workplace.
* Report hazards, defects, or incidents promptly.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
* Take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and others.
* Work in a safe manner and comply with Company Health & Safety Rules.
* Wear protective clothing and equipment provided.
* Report incidents or hazards immediately.
Essential Requirements:
* Ability to read and write.
* Numeracy skills.
* Good communication skills.
* English language proficiency.
Desirable Requirements:
* Good interpersonal skills.
* A food hygiene qualification.
* Awareness of Food Processing industry standards.
* Knife handling experience.
* Previous experience in a butchery or food processing environment.
* Data recording or computer/keyboard skills.
