What will you do?
* Manage your own planning caseload
* Advise on a full range of contentious and non-contentious planning and environmental law issues
* Advise all forms of development and encompassing issues of housing and commercial development, transportation, leisure and tourism, education, ecological and cultural heritage, contaminated land and pollution and enforcement
* Support on planning applications and appeals, regeneration projects and section 106 agreements
* Work with a diverse client base, including many local authorities as well as household name organisations
* Work closely with and be supported by other departments including real estate & energy
* Be included in business development from an early stage if you wish
What will you need?
* To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* At least 2 years planning law experience
* Those with a mixed background to include planning will be considered
