Band 3 Health Care Support Worker – Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, Caithness. Base negotiable between Dunbar Hospital, Thurso and Town & County Hospital, Wick.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Maintain individuals in their own community.
* Demonstrate good communication, personal, time‑management and organisational skills.
* Work independently with initiative while being a team player; adaptable, self‑motivated and able to respond to challenges.
* Travel effectively and efficiently; must have a driving licence. Access to own vehicle for work purposes is required; a pool car may be available.
* Full‑time permanent post: 36 hours per week, worked as per service requirements.
Benefits / Conditions
* Agenda for Change full‑time working week effective 1st April 2026: 36 hours per week with hourly rate adjusted to ensure pay remains unaffected.
* Appointments open to Gaelic speakers.
