Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Range between £40,000 - £75,000 per annum (Experience dependant)

Location: Cheltenham or Gloucester (5 days on site)

Key Responsibilities:
Planning, design, and implementation of physical and virtual IT infrastructure solutions.
Ensuring timely delivery of solutions that are aligned to customer requirements.
Providing ongoing maintenance and support for deployed IT infrastructure.
Timely troubleshooting and resolution of reported IT Infrastructure issues.
Conducting regular system health monitoring, backups, patching, and upgrades.
Creating, developing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all supported infrastructure.
Developing scripts and automation tools to increase the efficiency of system administration tasks.
Key Tech stack (MUST haves):
Networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc)
Scripting/IaC tools (Ansible/AWX, Python, PowerShell, BASH)
System Administration (Microsoft, Linux)
