We’re on the hunt for a 3D Creative Designer to join a dynamic studio team. Reporting into the Traffic Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind bold retail campaigns—bringing structure, storytelling, and stunning visuals to life across both 2D and 3D media.
This isn’t just about making things look good. It’s about crafting compelling physical experiences, translating complex briefs into strategic, beautifully designed POS (point-of-sale) environments that not only reflect the brand but elevate it.
What You'll Do
* Lead the Creative Charge: Own projects from ideation through to final delivery—structural design, artwork, amends, and production-ready files.
* Build with Purpose: Design 3D POS solutions with clear storytelling, material understanding, and brand precision.
* Sketch, Scamp, Sell: Visualize ideas through compelling sketches and scamps before diving into 3D builds.
* Dual-Language Mastery: Take briefs and deliver presentations confidently in both English and Italian.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with our Traffic Manager, Account Managers, and global creative network—plus direct contact with clients.
* Present with Impact: Persuasively pitch your concepts to clients, always pushing the creative envelope.
* Master the Tools: Create annotated 3D presentation decks with full specifications—measurements, materials, and construction notes that leave nothing to chance.
* Own the Process: Use our project management system to juggle multiple fast-paced projects with ease and clarity.
What You Bring
* Language Fluency: Native or fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
* Software Mastery: You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and advanced in Cinema 4D or Blender.
* Retail Expertise: You’ve built immersive retail campaigns—both in 2D layout and 3D environment.
* Creative Intelligence: You know how to transform messy, complex content into beautiful, user-focused design with strategy at its core.
* Detail Obsession: Brand consistency is your religion. You sweat the small stuff so the big picture always shines.
* Presentation Confidence: You're as comfortable behind a sketchpad as you are in a client meeting—persuasive, articulate, and open to feedback.
Bonus Points For
* Experience preparing files for print and web
* Knowledge of in-store retail materials and fabrication processes
* Skills in creating interactive PDFs and using Adobe Acrobat Pro
* Familiarity with pre-flighting and production workflows
