Court of Protection Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE)
Birmingham | Hybrid (2–3 Days a Month in Office)
£50,000 – £67,000 + Bonus
Are you a newly qualified up to 5 PQE solicitor looking to build or continue your career in Court of Protection? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading national law firm in Birmingham, offering high-quality work, exceptional flexibility, and clear progression.
This role would suit someone with experience in Court of Protection or a Private Client background, including wills, probate, trusts, or lasting powers of attorney, who is keen to specialise further.
The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of high-value and complex Court of Protection matters, primarily focusing on property and affairs work. You will also gain exposure to more technical cases, including statutory wills and trust-related applications.
There is a strong emphasis on development, with opportunities to take on additional responsibility within a small team, including mentoring and supporting junior colleagues as you progress.
