The Role
1. Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in area of Production Planning & Manufacturing Execution / Quality Management
2. Evaluation of business requirements, identification of relevant SAP capabilities and best practices
3. Planning, preparation and execution of Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
4. Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
5. Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members
6. Sparring partner for the client and project management responsibilities
Requirements
7. Have at least 8-10 years of experience in this area.
8. At least 2-5 Full Project Lifecycles of work experience in SAP PP, QM
9. Profound Production Planning & Shop-Floor Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management process experience combined with the ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications
10. S/4HANA project experience and/or certification
11. Preferably experienced in international template rollout projects
12. Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
13. Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent
14. Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
15. Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country’s official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency),
16. Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
