Group Procurement Support Analyst

Role Description
The Group Procurement Support analyst is a key position within the Centralised Procurement Team, supporting the Head of Procurement with data Analysis, Performance reporting and Group Wide procurement coordination.
Working collaboratively with the wider divisional Operational Procurement teams assist in the creation of process and reporting ensuring, consistency, visibility, and alignment across all divisions in line with the company strategy.
This is a non-transactional role focused on Data Management, Reporting, Strategic Support, and procurement governance, rather than day-to-day purchasing / order processing. The role will require a strong analytical mindset, cross functional coordination skills, and an interest in procurement transformation within a fast-evolving business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Support and Reporting
· Produce regular procurement performance reports, dashboards, and insights to support the Head of Procurement and Senior Management
· Assist in preparation of board-level materials, business case, and summaries for procurement led initiatives.
· Monitor and report on Procurement KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance and compliance levels.
2. Procurement Data & Analysis
· Consolidate and analyse procurement spend data from across group Business Units
· Identify trends, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across categories and suppliers.
· Support category management, supplier rationalisation, and standardisation initiatives through data driven analysis.
3. Cross divisional co-ordination
· Serve as a key point of contact between the central team and operational procurement teams for reporting and data.
· Co-ordinate the rollout and tracking of centralised procurement initiatives ensuring consistency across Business Units
· Assist with stakeholder engagement activities such as procurement reviews and strategy workshops.
4. System & Governance Support
· Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and process maps
· Assist with supplier on boarding process improvements, and compliance monitoring activities.
