Technical Service Supervisor
This role offers an experienced engineer the opportunity to transition into a management position within the Smoke Control Department, a key part of the Fire division. The role involves providing technical support, business development, project management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, with a must-have understanding of AOV systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Act as the primary technical support for new enquiries, build client relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
2. Enquiry Handling and Quoting: Manage enquiries, conduct site surveys, and prepare quotations and proposals.
3. Project Management and Delivery: Oversee project execution, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery.
4. Compliance and Documentation: Maintain RAMS, ensure health and safety compliance, and oversee quality assurance.
5. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact, provide technical advice, and communicate effectively.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and advise senior management.

Working Conditions:
