Restaurant Assistant Caledonian is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Restaurant Assistants to join the food and beverage team at the Caledonian Island Hotel in the Isle of Wight. As a Restaurant Assistant, you will play an important part in creating positive dining experiences for our guests. You will be a visible and approachable presence within the restaurant, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department. Key responsibilities include: Serving food and drinks in the restaurant in line with company standards while delivering excellent customer service. Maintaining a visible presence to ensure guest requests are handled in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Confidently upselling products and promoting offers where appropriate. Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the smooth operation of the restaurant department. About you We’re looking for someone enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about hospitality. You will: Have excellent customer service skills and a warm, approachable manner. Demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
