About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially-minded Marketing Campaign Manager / Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns that build brand authority and generate a high-intent sales pipeline. The purpose of this role is to build strong foundations and scale what works, so an individual who isn’t afraid to test, learn and adapt is essential.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

* Build and execute a campaign roadmap that aligns with business goals, revenue targets and priority services.

* Develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to obtain new high-value clients.

* Proactively propose new campaigns with clear business cases, expected ROI and measurement plans.

Multi-Channel Execution

* Deliver integrated campaigns across online and offline channels such as social, email, webinars/events, partner marketing, PR and landing pages.

* Brief team members on content and asset creation, such as blogs, landing pages, paid ad copy, social posts, and sales enablement collateral.

* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality work at pace.

Sales Alignment & Enablement

* Where required, collaborate with sales to aid deal conversion and account engagement.

Data, Optimisation & Reporting

* Own performance tracking and reporting.

* Use insights to improve targeting, creative, offers, landing pages and nurture journeys.

Partner & Event Marketing

* Create and collaborate on marketing initiatives with partners that are mutually beneficial to both parties.

* Build a collaborative partner marketing campaign timeline that includes activities such as webinars, events, and onboarding comms.

* Support with company events when necessary.

What You'll Work On

* Regulatory-led campaigns: DORA/TLPT momentum, NIST CSF 2.0 transition, NIS2 audit readiness, EU AI Act readiness and applicability, Cyber Resiliance Act early obligations.

* Events & webinars: targeted webinars (e.g., NIS2 first audit readiness; AI Act readiness), and key moments like RSA Conference activation.

* Growth plays: AI governance package positioning for upsell/cross-sell penetration testing roadmap collateral, and TPRM (third-party risk) themed campaigns/events.

KPIs (Primary)

* Pipeline & revenue impact (primary)

* Marketing Qualified Leads & Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) conversion rate

* Pipeline influenced

* Marketing attrition

* ABM: engaged target accounts, meetings booked, opportunities created, and expansion pipeline.


Requirements

* 3+ years in B2B campaign marketing (desirable)

* Proven success in delivering multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs.

* Comfortable presenting results, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
