Your Missions:
* Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
* Promote and facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
* Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).
Main responsibilities:
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for each milestone.
* Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress daily.
* Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase orders, and deliveries.
* Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams daily.
* Identify risks and work with the Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans.
* Report project status to Project Leader weekly.
* Schedule and coordinate project team weekly meetings and other necessary meetings, including sending invitations.
* Coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
* Support vehicle development and validation teams to ensure component and spare availability.
* Prepare milestone reviews, including collecting deliverables (plans, reports, etc.).
* Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader.
* Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with all quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
* Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools.
* Experience in Project Coordination in the Motorsport or Supercar industry.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Self-starter with the ability to work with high-level instructions and seek out data and support from other teams.
* Team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence others.
* Fluent English and willingness to learn French.
