Location: Cardiff Office (Hybrid & Flexible)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000
Chadwick Nott are pleased to be assisting a leading international law firm in their search for a Senior Associate to join their Band 1 ranked Real Estate Litigation team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile property disputes and asset management matters, supporting some of the world's biggest names in real estate.
The Role
* This role offers a varied and high-quality caseload, with responsibilities including:
* Advising on property-related disputes and contentious portfolio issues
* Supporting owners, developers, investors, and end users in the development process
* Managing your own caseload with support from senior team members
* Building strong client relationships through regular in-person engagement
* Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
* Collaborating across practice groups and jurisdictions
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
* 3-6 years' post-qualification experience in property litigation
* Strong technical legal skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent academic background
* Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
* Client-focused approach and strong communication skills
* Good understanding of real estate markets and how they operate
