You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage positively with colleagues and the public. With at least two years of experience in parking legislation and enforcement, you are knowledgeable in statutory compliance and the Council's policies. You are adaptable, willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and able to work individually or as part of a team. What the Job Involves This role requires you to patrol on and off-street parking areas, issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to ensure fair and consistent enforcement of parking controls, and deliver high-quality service. You will maintain positive relationships with service users, provide assistance in parking inquiries, and ensure statutory compliance through accurate record-keeping. The role involves using designated equipment and participating in briefings and training for continuous personal development.
