Analyse and improve business processes, workflows, and systems to support operational efficiency.
Liaise with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Drive improvements in data usage and reporting by developing SQL queries and performing data analysis.
Support delivery of system enhancements and process changes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to deliver successful system solutions.
Proven experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, ideally within the insurance or wider financial services sector.
Strong SQL skills for querying and analysing data.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
40,000 – £45,000 salary depending on experience.
~ Annual bonus scheme.
