We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with proven expertise in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, architecting, and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions across key projects and programmes.
1. Define ServiceNow architecture, design standards, and best practices
2. Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules
3. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
4. Oversee implementation, configuration, and integration activities
5. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform governance, security, and performance standards
6. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development and administration teams
7. Conduct solution design reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance activities
8. Manage integrations with external systems via APIs and middleware
9. Support pre-sales engagements, including solution demonstrations and proposals
10. Ensure compliance with organisational and industry standards
Required Skills
11. Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture
12. Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Flow Designer
13. Proficiency in JavaScript and REST/SOAP API integrations
14. Understanding of cloud and enterprise architecture principles
15. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

18. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
19. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
20. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
