Pre-sales Consultant - Construction Technology / SaaS About the Role: Join a leading SaaS provider in the AEC sector as a Pre-sales Consultant. You'll be the technical bridge between sales and clients, designing compelling solutions that demonstrate real business value in digital construction and information management. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales teams to scope client requirements and design tailored solution architectures Deliver engaging, industry-specific product demonstrations to construction and infrastructure stakeholders Support RFP responses and bid documentation with technical accuracy Create sales enablement materials including demo scripts, playbooks, and training resources Stay current on AEC digital transformation trends, ISO 19650, and BIM collaboration What We're Looking For Essential: 3 years in SaaS pre-sales or solution engineering within construction/AEC technology Strong understanding of construction workflows, BIM, and Common Data Environment platforms Proven ability to deliver business-focused product demonstrations Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Desirable: Knowledge of ISO 19650 and information governance frameworks Experience with major construction platforms (Procore, Autodesk, etc.) Understanding of SaaS compliance and enterprise IT environments
