Kellogg College, Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 6PN Kellogg College seeks to recruit a friendly and energetic administrator who will report directly to the Bookings and Systems Manager, providing administration in the Domestic Bursary and Event services, and particularly to Graduations, Guest Night Dinners and similar events. The Role The Event Booking and Systems Support Officer will focus on major bookable events, such as guest night dinners, garden party, foundation and select other high-profile events and supports other event operations run by the Events and Conference team. This is a part time role, 20 hours per week on an annualised hours basis. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Event Bookings and Systems Support Officer with: • Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills • Experience of working with database/customer service systems • Excellent IT Skills particularly with Excel and Word Why Join Kellogg?
