Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by logging accurate data, coordinating job schedules, and maintaining clear communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Log and maintain accurate records of jobs, ensuring all data is kept up to date on relevant portals.
* Schedule and coordinate jobs efficiently, liaising with clients and internal departments.
* Handle client and team communications via phone and email in a professional manner.
* Update and maintain internal systems with detailed job and client information.
* Prepare reports and required documentation in a timely manner.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising workload effectively.
