Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and inspirational School Business Manager (SBM) to join our highly regarded school. The successful candidate will be an active member of the leadership team, working closely with senior leaders and governors. The role involves strategic leadership and management of finance, premises, HR, health and safety, and administration, as well as day-to-day management of office and premises staff.

* Proven leadership skills, including inspiring and motivating teams
* Experience managing finance, HR, health and safety, premises, and support functions in education
