Graduate Site Engineer – MWH Treatment
Join our Operations division as a Graduate Site Engineer via the Professional Development Programme for our 2025 intake. Based in Coleshill, you will work alongside Site Engineer specialists to contribute to the delivery of our design‑and‑build projects across the UK water sector.
What you will be doing
* Assist with day‑to‑day site management, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
* Support setting out, surveying, and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials on site.
* Monitor progress, quality and health & safety compliance.
* Assist with environmental management and sustainability targets.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to solve technical challenges.
* Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communication.

Requirements
* Recent or upcoming graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Strong interest in site‑based engineering and infrastructure delivery.
* Excellent problem‑solving, teamwork and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel to project sites across the region.
* Full UK driving licence (or working towards it).
* Self‑motivated and a team player.
