Role summary
:
To perform all the administration duties relating to the contract.
Key responsibilities:
1. Accurate administration and completion of all required administration tasks
2. Collation, preparation and distribution of management reports as required.
3. Organise and prioritize maintenance issues and maintain the site maintenance schedule.
4. Undertake meeting administration duties including notes & action reports
5. Ensure Road compliance information and records are up to date and compliant with legislation, and internal guidelines.
6. Ensure relevant systems and data bases are up to date and accurate at all times
7. Promptly answer all telephone calls received within company guidelines
8. Act as an effective communications link and reliable source of information for others.
9. Provide support to the day operations team through support in times of sickness/ holiday
10. Ensure office supplies are ordered and distributed accordingly
11. Relevant systems and databases are up to date and accurate at all times
12. Reports are delivered accurately and in line with deadlines and meet with departmental requirements
Ideal Requirements
13. Route planning experience (ideally with Truck Stops)
14. FLT Licence
