Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook authentic Nepalese and Indian dishes to a high standard
* Develop and maintain menu quality and consistency
* Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
* Ensure food hygiene, health & safety standards are met at all times
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients
* Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills & Experience
* Strong background in Nepalese cuisine (essential)
* Experience in Indian cuisine (highly desirable)
* Previous experience working as a chef in a professional kitchen
* Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
* Ability to work flexible hours
