Assistant Project Manager
Location: London (covering London and the South-East of England)
Reports to: Projects Director
About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of ambitious refurbishment and fit-out projects across London and the South-East. These projects typically range in value from £350k to £3m+.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and wants to be involved in delivering exceptional spaces that meet clients’ deadlines, budgets, and expectations.
You’ll be working closely with Project Managers, Pre-Contracts, and Site Managers to ensure smooth project administration and successful outcomes from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
1. Arrange and attend meetings with clients and/or subcontractors as required.
2. Capture meeting minutes and follow up on all outstanding actions.
3. Produce Construction Phase Plans, H&S files, and site signage.
4. Conduct site visits for reporting, measurements, and commissioning.
5. Manage project folder contents via SharePoint and maintain documentation.
6. Raise purchase orders and order materials as required.
7. Obtain client approvals for samples.
