We believe that every child deserves a chance to thrive, and we need dedicated tutors like you to help us achieve this goal!

If you have a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners, we want to hear from you! This role is perfect for qualified SEN/SEND teachers eager to provide 1:1 tutoring in a creative, flexible, and trauma-informed manner.

* Community Connection: Join our vibrant tutor community to share best practices, resources, and tips.
* Impactful Work: Be part of a child-centered organization dedicated to transforming support for vulnerable young people.

Your Role as a SEN/SEND Tutor:

* Provide engaging tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with a range of educational needs.
* Support students referred by local authorities and schools in their educational and social-emotional journeys.
* Deliver flexible, holistic, and trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring tailored to each student's needs.

Your Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver tailored teaching sessions that engage and inspire.
* Create holistic learning experiences that advance both educational and social-emotional development.
* Document progress through lesson reports and provide constructive feedback.

What We’re Looking For:

* Qualifications: Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS/QTLS).
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, particularly with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or other additional needs.
* Safeguarding Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding processes is essential.
* DBS Check: Enhanced DBS required (we can assist with this).
* References: Two professional references needed.
* Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work, even for remote assignments.

It’s crucial that you promote the health, safety, and well-being of children and adhere to safeguarding policies at all times.

Employment Details:

* This role is offered as a Worker position, providing short-term engagements as they arise.
* You will work under a contract for service and be paid via PAYE.
* No guaranteed work hours or expense coverage is provided.
* Our insurance covers the work you do for us.
* This is not a self-employed tutoring position.
