We’re hiring for Care and Support Workers in West Wick

As a support work in one of our residential care homes, you’ll build relationships with the people we support and their families. Enabling them to overcome barriers, while developing and building their confidence and self-esteem.
The support you’ll provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.
No experience is needed. Your skills and life experience could be a great match for this role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude and resilience and a desire to support people.
