HVAC Project EngineerSalary: £50,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (office, site, and home-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join a well-established facilities management provider. This role offers a mix of project delivery, client liaison, and technical oversight across HVAC projects within commercial environments.
The Role
* Manage HVAC projects from survey through to completion.
* Oversee installation, refurbishment, and upgrade works across commercial sites.
* Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Ensure all works comply with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
* Support cost control, reporting, and handover documentation.
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience delivering HVAC projects within a facilities management or building services environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Relevant HVAC or Building Services qualification (preferred).
