Maintenance Engineer
Location: Birmingham | Salary: £48,000
Work Hours: Monday – Friday double days, no nights, no weekends.
Job Role
* Keeping our production lines moving by maintaining and fixing equipment.
* Getting stuck into electrical troubleshooting, fault finding, and occasional mechanical fixes.
* Jumping on breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and improvement projects.
* Working with great people who care about the job and each other.
What You’ll Need
* Engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
* Experience in a food, drink, or FMCG environment is a big plus.
* Good problem‑solving skills and a cool head under pressure.
* A positive, can‑do approach and a willingness to muck in.
