At CeFPro, we bring together global financial professionals through industry-leading conferences, digital media, and thought leadership content - and we’re looking for a commercially led Marketing Executive to join our growing team! Could that be you?

About CeFPro

The Centre for Financial Professionals (CeFPro) is an international events, media and market intelligence company. Under the CeFPro umbrella, we produce and run b2b events in the UK, Middle East, Europe and America, we manage Connect Magazine, featuring the latest industry news; Connect+, a global financial community platform; the Market Intelligence Unit, which provides deep insights into cutting-edge topics through industry reports and surveys; as well as leading international conferences and webinars.


Your Role:

What You’ll Do:

* Work within the marketing team to drive inbound leads for events enquiries, sponsorship packages and media advertising. Bridge cross-team sales and marketing collaboration.
* Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel event marketing campaigns (including email and social media outreach to onsite branding and engagement).
* Create engaging content tailored to different global audiences, adapting tone and messaging for maximum impact.
* Analyze campaign performance and audience data to identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
* Assist with the delivery of client surveys and sponsorship package deliverables.
* We’re looking for a creative and highly organized individual...someone who’s detail-oriented, commercially minded, and confident talking with clients. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt content for global audiences, and bring fresh ideas to the table (an interest in financial services or B2B events is a bonus!).


Who We’re Looking For:

We’re excited to work with recent graduates or early-career professionals who have a passion for the events industry and possess:

* A BA degree, Marketing related would preferable.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for writing clear, engaging content.
* Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive approach to projects and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility and motivation, with a desire to put in your best effort to achieve exceptional results.
* A desire and ability to travel abroad for events.

Bonus Points If You Have:

* Experience with live, virtual or hybrid events.
* Understanding media and market intelligence, such as research and reports.
