Where: EE Gosforth (BT Customer Contact Centre, Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET)
Part time: 20 or 25 hours per week
Salary: £13,379.73 rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months of being here, plus incentives and bonuses
Hourly rate: £12.82 per hour rising to £13.12 per hour at 8 months in role
Start date: February 2026
