We’re looking for a Project Controls Manager to help steer the successful delivery of the Sizewell C project — bringing structure, insight and forward‑looking analysis across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting. You'll play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that supports confident decision‑making at senior levels.
What you’ll do
Manage and integrate project controls across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting.
Produce high‑quality month‑end reports and lead performance review sessions.
Coordinate and assure project controls data across internal teams and supply chain partners.
Drive progress reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and improvement opportunities.
Present meaningful narrative and insight to senior stakeholders.
Support digital‑first, modernised ways of working within project controls.What you’ll bring
Proven project controls experience in large, complex infrastructure environments.
Strong capability across cost, estimating, planning, risk and change management.
Solid grounding in earned value analysis and performance measurement.
Ability to lead within a matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders.
Confident communicator with a proactive, analytical mindset.Desirable
Professional memberships or certifications (AACE, PMI, APM etc.).
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI.
Understanding of NEC/FIDIC and/or experience within the nuclear sector.Why apply?
