Hours: 45 hours per week – 08:00am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday (No weekend work)

The Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouseperson to support the smooth running of our Canterbury warehouse. This fast-paced, physical role involves receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
* Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes
* Safely unload and store stock in designated locations
* Assist with loading delivery vehicles
* Conduct stock checks and assist with stock takes
* Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
* Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift licence desirable)
Requirements:-
Essential Skills & Experience
* Ability to carry out manual handling safely
* Good level of physical fitness for manual handling and warehouse duties
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Basic numeracy and literacy skills
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential; training will be provided)
* Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck)
* Stock take or inventory experience
