What you'll do
This opportunity is a newly created role, for a newly formed entity that the group has recently acquired. Reporting into the Accountant, the Assistant accountant will be responsible for the transactional dealings and management accounts for the multiple entities of the business.
4. Assist in the preparation of the monthly Management Accounts
5. Carry-out pre-payments, accruals and journal postings
6. Maintain various sales and purchase ledgers for multiple entities
7. Daily bank reconciliations
8. Financial reporting as required
9. VAT reporting
10. Assist in year-end reporting
About you
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years' experience within industry. You will be a self-starter, excellent attention to detail and super keen to learn and progress.
11. At least 1 years' relevant industry experience
12. Part - Qualified (IATI/CIMA,ACA)
13. Self-starter and excellent attention to detail
14. Experience using SAGE 50
