Responsibilities: Command T‑Wing under delegated CO authority, delivering force elements fit for operations, exercises and contingent tasks. Act as 45 Cdo Training Readiness Coordinator, assuring Generate outputs and force readiness across personnel, training and equipment. Serve as the CO’s principal advisor on training, readiness and Rear Operations, providing clear, evidenced advice. Direct and assure collective and individual training delivery in accordance with CO intent, priorities and agreed risk appetite. Plan, deliver and assure RSOI for Regular and Maritime Reserve personnel in direct support of force generation outputs. Line manage key T‑Wing personnel while leading H&S, equipment governance, FoE management and operational staff work. Provide oversight of all Unit training ensuring all necessary governance and assurance is DSAT aligned. Support operations as RM CONDOR’s Rear Operations Group OC to enable the force projection, sustainment, and generation of force elements and equipment.
