We are recruiting a Key Stage 2 teachers for long-term cover roles in primary schools across Harlow, Stansted, and Uttlesford. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to deliver engaging lessons, provide stability for pupils, and support the school during a staff absence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver lessons across Key Stage 2 subjects
2. Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
3. Maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
4. Assess and monitor pupil progress
5. Collaborate with colleagues and follow school policies
Person Specification:
6. Qualified teacher (QTS) with Key Stage 2 experience
7. Strong classroom management and organization
8. Ability to motivate and inspire pupils
9. Flexible, adaptable, and proactive
10. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
