About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client's prestigious site
Duties as a Cleaning Supervisor
* Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
* Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
* Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly including audits
* Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
* Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
* Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
* Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
* Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
* Working as part of a team
Job role requirements as a Cleaning Supervisor
* Minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners
* Must have full UK drivers license
* Have knowledge of COSHH
* Have good eye for detail
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Will be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles and offices within the premises
* Must be able to work well with a team
* Take pride in there work
* Flexible to meet needs of the business
