This company, a leading global aerospace manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Enablement Leader to join their team. As the Enablement Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the implementation of new ways of working and best practices to support the company' s production ramp-up.
Responsibilities
* Lead the enablement for rate increase through implementing new ways of working and best practices, both internally and externally to the company.
* Create an enablement governance framework to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are planned and actioned through engagement and collaboration with the Plant Capex team.
* Explore and implement new technologies and tooling solutions to deliver on the company' s sustainability improvements.
* Provide leadership and development for the Enablement teams, empowering them to deliver on the rate increase.
* Manage the daily tool control and LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) processes.
* Drive FOD (Foreign Object Debris) improvement and project management initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) and Airworthiness standards, and lead the SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People) process to identify and implement potential improvements.
Qualifications
* Strong facilitation skills for leading, motivating, and enabling team performance.
* Ability to listen, understand, and respond in a constructive manner.
* Negotiation and conflict management skills.
* Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to engage with different functions.
