John Charles Search is representing a leading supplier of high-quality storage solutions, known for its problem-solving approach and commitment to customer satisfaction.
We’re seeking a Project Sales Manager with strong experience in selling storage systems (racking, shelving, mezzanine floors and other associated systems). The role focuses on driving new business, managing key client relationships and overseeing full project delivery.
Salary:
* Up to £55k base + uncapped commission (OTE £85k+)
* Company car or car allowance

Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management through to successful completion.
* Promotion of storage solutions sales through established partner networks.
* Customer site visits to assess requirements and follow-up visits to ensure solution satisfaction.
* Capability to conduct and complete on-site surveys.
* Designing and drafting racking & shelving solutions using AutoCAD.
* Preparing costings and proposals in collaboration with external suppliers.
* Prospecting for new business.
Tasks and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pallet racking sales.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to design and draft warehouse installations.
* Knowledge of storage solutions, products, and applications.
* Understanding of materials handling flows within warehouse operations.
* Experience creating and delivering both hard-copy proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
* IT proficiency, specifically on Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
* Full driving licence.
