Job Description
B2B Customer Service & Operations Executive - Chinese Speaking, Reading:
3. Manage B2B customer orders from receipt to delivery
4. Liaise with logistics partners to ensure timely shipments
5. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
6. Maintain accurate records of orders and returns
7. Support the sales team with operational tasks
8. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
9. Prepare reports on service performance and KPIs
10. Assist with process improvements and system updates
The Successful Applicant

11. Previous experience in B2B customer service or operations
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. Speak Chinese and also good English
14. Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems
15. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
16. Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
