We're working with a prestigious London firm that is looking to hire a Senior Private Client Associate to advise ultra-high-net-worth and international clients on complex, cross-border matters.
This is a standout opportunity for a qualified solicitor with strong private client experience, looking to work on technically challenging, high-value matters and build their profile in a top-tier practice.
The role
You'll handle a broad range of private client work, including:
* Advising UHNW individuals and families on cross-border estates and succession planning
* Structuring and managing complex trusts, companies, and other wealth planning vehicles
* Advising on international tax, estate, and succession matters
* Working directly with clients, their advisers, and multi-jurisdictional teams
You'll also have the chance to work closely with senior partners, contribute to business development, and grow your expertise in high-profile, international matters.
About you
* England & Wales qualified solicitor with strong private client experience
* Exposure to UHNW individuals and international private client matters
* Technically confident with excellent client-facing skills
* Ambitious and commercially aware, with the ability to manage complex cases independently
