Your new role
The Neighbourhood Investment Manager plays a key role in creating safe, attractive, and sustainablemunities by leading improvements to estates and local environments that reflect the needs and priorities of residents. Working closely with teams across property services, tenancy management, andmercial operations, they deliver coordinated solutions that enhance neighbourhoods and support long-term tenancy success. They manage projects using data and insight to ensure resources are used effectively and oues are delivered on time. The role also involves tackling issues such as crime and anti-social behaviour through targeted local initiatives, all with a strong focus on resident wellbeing andmunity resilience.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have previous experience of operating in a strategic role within the housing sector, working with data, report writing and presenting, liaising with key stakeholders, soundmunity safety knowledge, collaborative working, property investment and budget management.
