Solicitor / FCILEX - Property Litigation - Exeter - 0-3 Years PQE
Location: Exeter (Hybrid)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience)
The Role
A highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor or FCILEX (0-3 Years PQE) to join its growing Property Litigation team, with a particular focus on social housing work. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career lawyer to develop specialist expertise within a supportive, values driven and nationally recognised firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Supporting senior lawyers on complex matters
* Advising clients on housing management issues and disputes
* Drafting pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
* Representing clients at court hearings and mediations where appropriate
* Contributing to business development and client relationship activities
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 0-3 Years PQE
* Experience or strong interest in property litigation and/or social housing law
* Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
* Proactive, collaborative and client focused approach
