Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Maintain positive behaviour and a focused learning environment
* Support students in completing assigned work
* Act as a positive role model within the school
* Follow safeguarding procedures and prioritise student welfare

* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence managing classroom behaviour
