The role
Responsibilities include:
Develop, define and monitor maintenance standards to ensure compliance with existing, new and future codes and regulationsPrepare specification and scopes of work in order to purchase, overhaul and modify plant equipmentInvestigate, report and recommend solutions for specific plant problems in order to improve safety, reliability, efficiencies and costs Manage minor modifications, design packages and projects with particular responsibility for the capture of changes to plant systems and records to ensure long term sustainability of the Runcorn AssetAct as an inspection, quality control and supervisor on turnarounds, project installations and commissioning activities in order to satisfy the program and objectives, as well as legal responsibilities Act as the Vynova Runcorn DCS focal point ensuring equipment and services are maintained in accordance with business and site requirementsPR / Technical Duty Manager out of hours Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of a degree in Electrical/Instrument/Control Engineering5+ years experience in the chemical fieldTeam WorkIntegrationFull clean driving licenceWhat we can offer:
