An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the CPAP Practitioner team as an Assistant CPAP Practitioner as we continue to build and develop our service.
This position would suit an individual who has the motivation and passion to work with an innovative team supporting a cohort of over 18000 patients with Sleep Disordered Breathing.
Our Practitioners are predominately based in the outpatient department and on occasion travel independently across several locations in the region supporting outreach clinics.
Health education and promotion for both the patient and their partners/carers plays a significant part in our role. This involves initiating patients on treatment; maintaining our telephone and e-mail support; supporting remote monitoring clinics and supporting our clinician clinics.
As someone with excellent communication skills you will be expected to work alongside members of our team and autonomously deliver exceptional care with professionalism and compassion.
