Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Pastry Commis Chef for Pavyllon.
Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Pastry Commis Chef for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Chef Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.
The Pastry Commis Chef role:
The Pastry Commis Chef will prepare all mise-en-place, items and dishes with the Pastry Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be assisting with the creation of menu items. The Pastry Commis Chef will need to ensure all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to.
The ideal Pastry Commis Chef will have:
* A good understanding and practical knowledge of cooking
* Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
* Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
* Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
* Good knife skills and a range of culinary techniques preferred.
* Passion for the Culinary world required!
