About includem
Since 2000, includem has grown and developed a wide range of services and projects for children, young people, and families across Scotland. Initially focused on bridging the gap between social care and criminal justice, we have expanded our offering of specialist support not just for young people in conflict with the law but also for families.
We work with children and young people in care, their caregivers, and those facing challenges with education, mental health, or transitioning to adulthood. Regardless of whom we support, our commitment to relationship-based, 24/7 support remains unchanged.
Our mission is to provide the support children and young people need to make positive changes in their lives and inspire a more hopeful future.
This is where you come in! Working for includem means using your talents to make a real difference in many lives, in an environment where your contributions are recognized. Will you join our mission?
